Manufacturing quality

Exclusive Steel’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Odhav, Ahmedabad is fully quipped with the best equipment money can buy. Quality stainless steel is used for forming the utensils. Both heating cold pressing are employed using dies made by master craftsmen. There is no compromise on the finished quality, so that even accessories such as knobs, handles and screws etc. are made of the best and enduring materials.


Customer care & Customising

On special request, such as those of hotels, restaurants & airlines etc. utensils of certain types of steel finish are customized for clients when the volume production justifies costs, such as Austenitic 18/8 and Indian quality steel etc. The Company can deliver this quality and assure the competitive advantage when the product is compared for quality and cost with other products.

Product Range

Technicians employ both heating cold pressing using dies made by master craftsmen. Certain details in design and finish do not indicate cold forming or pressing. Technicians customize dies for hot stamping of stainless steel plates. The result is a form in exactness and surface texture similar to the prototype.

This is then further finished to achieve curve at the hem and buffed for a dazzling mirror finish. Skilled workers engrave any crease edgewise or even bevel edges on milling machines.
